Call for Delphi Whistleblowers
Published on April 21, 2025
The Rick Allen Justice campaign is committed to exposing the truth behind the 2017 Delphi murders and ensuring justice for Abigail Williams, Liberty German, and Richard Allen, whose conviction many believe was wrongful. After a trial marked by serious irregularities, we are renewing our call for transparency by inviting whistleblowers to come forward. Your courage could help correct a grave miscarriage of justice.
Why Your Information Matters
Richard Allen’s November 2024 trial raised alarming questions about due process. Coerced confessions, disputed ballistics, and a total lack of forensic evidence linking Allen to the scene suggest a deeply flawed case. Allegations of prosecutorial misconduct, investigative tunnel vision, and judicial bias - including restrictive rulings by Special Judge Fran Gull - further erode public confidence.
Key concerns include:
Coerced Confessions
Allen’s statements, made while medicated and in solitary confinement, stem from psychological distress rather than guilt.
Weak Evidence
An unspent bullet and subjective voice ID lack independent, scientific support.
Investigative Oversights
Alternative suspects, including those named in the Franks Memo, were neglected.
Evidence Handling
Inconsistencies in Libby German’s phone data suggest possible tampering.
If you have direct knowledge or evidence - no matter how small - we urge you to share it confidentially.
Who Should Come Forward
We welcome information from:
- Law Enforcement & Investigators: Did you witness coercion, evidence manipulation, or tunnel vision?
- Court Personnel: Were there irregularities in proceedings or withheld evidence?
- Prison Staff: Can you speak to Allen’s treatment, medication, or mental state pre-trial?
- Medical Professionals: Do you have insights into Mr Allen's treatment?
- Jurors & Witnesses: Did you feel pressured or witness misrepresentation of evidence?
- Community Members: Do you possess documents or credible information about the case or alternative suspects?
Even seemingly minor details can make a difference.
